No, I’m kidding, but as the government tends to do, they have taken it a step too far, and now every little paint chip, or crack in a sidewalk can be considered a “critical repair” and it makes no sense.

You go out with a client in a tough market you get outbid 50x, you finally find a place, they go UC and then because of a sidewalk crack, they can’t get a loan, but we are ignoring REAL needed repairs in other situations. Make it make sense.
